MAZDA Main Shaft B1600
Description
Purpose-built main shaft for the B1600 manual gearbox. Critical splines, journals, and shoulders are machined to OE geometry to carry the 1st–5th/Reverse gears and synchronizers and transmit torque to the output section. Manufactured from alloy case-hardening steel, carburized & quenched and precision-ground for controlled concentricity and runout, it delivers stiffness, durability, and low NVH over long duty cycles. Installs as a true drop-in; best serviced together with bearings, seals, and synchronizer components.
