New Venture NV4500 Input Synchronizer Cone
Description
Purpose-built input synchronizer cone/clutching teeth ring for the New Venture NV4500 5-speed manual. Pressed onto the input (drive) gear, it provides the friction cone and dog-tooth interface used by the 3–4 synchronizer to achieve 4th-gear direct drive. Manufactured from case-hardening alloy steel with ground cone and faces and edge-relieved dog teeth, it delivers consistent synchronizing torque, clean engagement, and reduced NVH. OE-matched geometry ensures a true drop-in during rebuilds.
