NP535
Primarily used in medium and heavy-duty trucks such as Dodge, Chevrolet, and GMC. It features a robust structure, wide gear ratios, and both asynchronous first gear and synchronous advanced (superior) gears, capable of handling high torque output (approximately 500 Nm and above). The NP535 uses a cast iron housing, offering excellent heat resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for long-term heavy-duty transport. It is a common and durable five-speed manual transmission found in American trucks.
