From the early stages of production to the final completion of each component, all products undergo strict and comprehensive measurement procedures, ensuring smooth assembly, stable operation, and low noise performance.

Through hardness testing, we precisely measure material hardness and verify the carburized layer depth and wear resistance after heat treatment.

Comprehensive Measurement & Analysis

We utilize non-contact image measuring systems to inspect dimensions and surface appearance with high efficiency and accuracy.
In addition, 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and contour measuring systems are employed for full-scale geometric analysis, including shape accuracy, concentricity, and positional tolerance.
These instruments ensure high assembly precision and maintain exceptional transmission stability and efficiency during operation.
