Description

This Type 9 5th Gear Synchro Face is manufactured from high-quality carburized alloy steel (SAE 8620 or SAE 4320H) and heat-treated through carburizing and quenching to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. It offers excellent wear resistance and structural strength. The outer dog teeth are precisely engineered to ensure smooth engagement with the synchro ring, enhancing shifting efficiency and component lifespan. The inner spline is CNC-machined for a secure fit with the gear. Produced with precision CNC and gear hobbing processes, this component delivers stable dimensions and reliable performance—making it an essential part of any high-efficiency transmission system.
