Description

Direct-replacement 1st gear (mainshaft) for the ZF S6-650 6-speed manual, commonly used on Ford Super Duty trucks. The helical profile is precision-hobbed and the synchronizer dog ring is finish-machined to OE geometry for smoother launches, reduced gear noise, and reliable 1–2 engagement. Bore and locating faces are precision-ground for a clean drop-in during rebuilds.
