Direct-replacement 3rd gear (mainshaft) for the New Venture NV4500 5-speed manual used across Dodge/Ram and GM light- and medium-duty trucks. A helical profile with precision hobbing and edge-relief delivers smoother 2–3/3–4 shifts and reduced gear whine. Journals and locating faces are precision-ground to OE geometry for a clean drop-in during rebuilds and long, reliable service.
