SG-B110-CS4 — 4th Gear Countershaft

Description

The SG-B110-CS4 is a countershaft 4th gear for Honda B-series 5-speed transmissions (B16A2 / Integra Type R family). Precision-hobbed helical teeth with edge relief and ground bore/faces deliver rigid mesh, low NVH, and efficient torque transfer during 3–4 upshifts and highway cruising. Made from SCM415 / SAE 8620 alloy case-hardening steel and carburized & quenched to HRC 58–62, it installs as a true OE-spec drop-in. For best results, service together with the mating 4th mainshaft gear, the 3–4 synchronizer (hub/slider & blocker rings), and related bearings/seals.
