SG-B110-MS4 — 4th Gear Mainshaft

Description

The SG-B110-MS4 is a mainshaft 4th gear for Honda B-series 5-speed gearboxes (B16A2 / Integra Type R family). Integrated clutching teeth and precision-hobbed helical profile with ground bore and faces deliver rigid mesh, crisp 3–4/4–5 shifts, and low NVH at highway speeds. Manufactured from SCM415 / SAE 8620 alloy case-hardening steel and carburized & quenched to HRC 58–62, it installs as an OE-spec drop-in. For best results, service with the mating 4th counter gear (CS4, 31T) and the 3–4 synchronizer.
