Description

The 1352-077-068 Cluster Gear is a direct-replacement countergear for T5 World Class (3.35 first gear) Ford applications, commonly Mustang 5.0 (Fox / early SN95). Its helical tooth form and precision CNC hobbing with edge-relief deliver smoother launches and shifts with reduced gear whine, while carburized & quenched alloy steel (SCM415/SAE 8620) provides high surface hardness with a tough core for long service life. Dimensions and tolerances are OE-matched for drop-in rebuilds; each unit is dynamic-balance inspected for high-speed stability. For best results, pair with the 3.35-ratio input/2nd/3rd gears, set endplay/backlash/preload to spec, and use GL-4 manual transmission oil. 1-year warranty under normal street use.
