SO-120 — 3rd, 4th Synchronizer Sleeve GSR ITR B16 H22

Description

The SO-120 is a 3rd/4th synchronizer sleeve for Honda B-series (GSR/ITR/B16) and H-series (H22) manual gearboxes. Built from case-hardening alloy steel, the optimized dog profile and chamfers with ground sliding faces deliver quick, positive shifts and reduced gear-jump under load. Manufactured to OE geometry and tolerances for true drop-in rebuilds.

Specification

Material: SCM415 / SAE 8620 alloy case-hardening steel (or equivalent)

Heat Treatment: Carburized & quenched

Surface Hardness: HRC 58–62

Manufacturing: CNC turning/milling; precision forming with edge-relief; sliding faces & end faces precision-ground
