Description

This gear is specifically designed for the Ford Type 9 manual transmission as the 1st gear, delivering strong initial torque and stable power transmission. It features a helical gear design, which effectively reduces gear noise and enhances shifting smoothness and durability—making it ideal for applications that demand driving precision and long-lasting performance.

The gear is manufactured from carburized alloy steel SAE 8620 or SAE 4320H, and undergoes carburizing and quenching treatment, resulting in a gear surface hardness of HRC 58–62. This ensures excellent wear resistance and fatigue strength, suitable for high-load and long-duration operating conditions. The inner bore features a precision spline structure to ensure a secure fit with the main shaft.
