Description
M5R1-8A Cluster is manufactured from high-strength carburized alloy steel (SAE 8620 or SCM415) and undergoes carburizing and quenching heat treatment to achieve a surface hardness of HRC 58–62. Featuring excellent wear resistance and strength, it is precision-machined using CNC cutting and grinding processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and a smooth surface finish. This countershaft effectively enhances transmission efficiency and shifting smoothness, making it ideal for various automotive transmission systems and providing reliable performance under high-load operating conditions.
